Summary

When I convinced my friends to join me in a scheme to play the stock market, it paid off beyond our expectations。 Honestly, most days I don’t even remember that I’m a billionaire。 But it was big news for my family。 In fact, my cousin made me guardian of her son in the event something happened to her。

At face value, it sounds kind of nice。

But I never really knew my cousin。

And I only found out about her decision a week before the kid showed up on my doorstep。

Thankfully, the woman who brought the boy out to me on the plane is willing to stay and be his nanny。

Since all the local daycares have a waiting list, I don’t have the luxury of being picky。 Maybe I have reservations about sharing my home with a beautiful woman, but it’s a completely professional relationship。

She’s going to look after the kid。

I’m going to look after my heart。

a very good story well toldReally liked the familiarity of some of the characters and places。 Not hard to accept a reality of tech instant riches and family responsibilities pulling several lives in new directions。 Can't go wrong with Elizabeth Maddrey's fiction! a very good story well toldReally liked the familiarity of some of the characters and places。 Not hard to accept a reality of tech instant riches and family responsibilities pulling several lives in new directions。 Can't go wrong with Elizabeth Maddrey's fiction! 。。。more

ignore the title It’s nothing like “those” billionaire stories。 It’s so realistic and wonderful。 I could totally see these characters as real people。 Can’t wait for the next book!

"The Billionaire's Nanny" was a delightful read。 The interesting page-turning plot with spiritual overtones was focused on the relationship between the two protagonists, Scott and his nanny Whitney。 Moreover, the plot was also filled with nuanced romance and a bit of adversity。 I loved the author's use of imagery and other vivid descriptions which helped to create a serene tone。 Overall, I enjoyed reading the narrative。I received an advanced copy for free。 I am voluntarily giving my honest revie "The Billionaire's Nanny" was a delightful read。 The interesting page-turning plot with spiritual overtones was focused on the relationship between the two protagonists, Scott and his nanny Whitney。 Moreover, the plot was also filled with nuanced romance and a bit of adversity。 I loved the author's use of imagery and other vivid descriptions which helped to create a serene tone。 Overall, I enjoyed reading the narrative。I received an advanced copy for free。 I am voluntarily giving my honest review。 。。。more

The Billionaire's Nanny is a sweet, inspirational romance that does not focus on money。 Scott usually forgets he has money, but his family would like some of it。 A cousin he does not know makes him her son's guardian。 Of course she dies and Beckett, a 3 year old becomes Scott's ward。 The local day care centers all have waiting lists。 Whitney, who frequently cared for Beckett, brings him to Scott and agrees to stay as the nanny。 Scott and his friends, his family, Whitney and Beckett are all relat The Billionaire's Nanny is a sweet, inspirational romance that does not focus on money。 Scott usually forgets he has money, but his family would like some of it。 A cousin he does not know makes him her son's guardian。 Of course she dies and Beckett, a 3 year old becomes Scott's ward。 The local day care centers all have waiting lists。 Whitney, who frequently cared for Beckett, brings him to Scott and agrees to stay as the nanny。 Scott and his friends, his family, Whitney and Beckett are all relatable characters。 This well written book kept me reading far into the night to see how Scott and Whitney would resolve their mutual attraction。 。。。more

In this book you will read about a group of friends who become Billionaires, a distant cousin who dies and leaves her son to you。 When Whitney brings Beckett to Scott their lives will change forever。 Scott is a amazing down to earth person who is always trying to help others。 Whitney is set on getting Scott to give Beckett to her。 All of the characters in this book are very special inspirational people。 I had the honor to review this book for the author for a honest review。

This avid reader is NOT fond of Billionaire romances or making it rich in the stock market, but Elizabeth Maddrey has me hooked with the opening book The Billionaire's Nanny。 The Billionaire Next Door series is not about the money, but more about common problems in a messy world。 Guardianship, lack of reliable childcare, and judging others。 Scott and Whitney plus little Beckett are relatable characters。 While I usually do not read first person narratives, the format with alternating perspectives This avid reader is NOT fond of Billionaire romances or making it rich in the stock market, but Elizabeth Maddrey has me hooked with the opening book The Billionaire's Nanny。 The Billionaire Next Door series is not about the money, but more about common problems in a messy world。 Guardianship, lack of reliable childcare, and judging others。 Scott and Whitney plus little Beckett are relatable characters。 While I usually do not read first person narratives, the format with alternating perspectives works - giving the reader insight in both Scott and Whitney's thinking。 Looking forward to meeting Austin and the rest of the characters in the series。 The Billionaire's Nanny is a stand alone, but nice foreshadowing for avid fans, who wish to read the rest of the series。 Elizabeth Maddrey will have you reading from start to finish - all day and through the night。 。。。more

Another start to another fun new series by Elizabeth Maddrey! When I first started reading “Billionaire” stories I thought, “Oh, these are just going to be fluff books。” But I was wrong! Scott never expected to make it rich on the stock exchange。 Neither did he expect his money to make the cousin he hardly knows choose him as guardian for her son in her will - or for her to die when Beckett was only 3。 Knowing nothing about kids and unable to find a daycare place for Beckett on such short notice, Scott is relieved when Whitney, Beckett's babysitter, agrees to stay on as his nanny。 But once he moves past his initial irritation about how opinionated he feels she is, he starts to f Scott never expected to make it rich on the stock exchange。 Neither did he expect his money to make the cousin he hardly knows choose him as guardian for her son in her will - or for her to die when Beckett was only 3。 Knowing nothing about kids and unable to find a daycare place for Beckett on such short notice, Scott is relieved when Whitney, Beckett's babysitter, agrees to stay on as his nanny。 But once he moves past his initial irritation about how opinionated he feels she is, he starts to feel something more for her - and surely that's not appropriate? Whitney has always loved acting, but she also loves Beckett。 When an opportunity that's too good to miss appears, is it the start of her dream or the end of everything?I'm not generally a fan of billionaire romance, but I'll try anything this author writes, and her last billionaire series was great, so I was interested to see where she'd go this time。 Well, it certainly didn't disappoint, and I'm looking forward to seeing what she does with the rest of Scott's friend group。 As usual, the book was clean and well written, and kept me reading from start to end。 I can't imagine the sort of mentality that leaves your son to someone you don't know just because he's rich, but that's more of a side issue。 Watching Scott deal with such a major life change, and Whitney come to terms with the changes in her life too, was enjoyable and at times inspiring。 I also appreciated the friend groups that they each had or developed。 All in all, a great read, and worth a try even if (like me) you're not generally a fan of billionaire romance。Note that I received a complimentary copy of the book from NetGalley。 I was not required to write a positive review and this is my considered opinion of the book。 。。。more

I loved this book and can’t wait for the rest of the series! Scott and Whitney connect as he becomes the guardian for his cousin’s son, and she wants to make sure the child is taken care of well, so becomes the nanny。 I love how she finds a good circle of girlfriends as well as friends to more with Scott and how they learn to communicate better through everything。 It’s a great Christian romance and I’m excited for the next book in the series!

If you aren’t a fan of billionaire novels, you need to try this one。 I don’t generally like billionaire stories, but Maddrey does them very well。 She focuses on the billionaires as “real people,” and how they deal with life, making decisions that honor the Lord, and so on, with the money barely being important to the story。 I really enjoyed this one and look forward to the rest of the series。 If you’ve read a lot of Elizabeth Maddrey’s books, you’ll enjoy having a few characters from other serie If you aren’t a fan of billionaire novels, you need to try this one。 I don’t generally like billionaire stories, but Maddrey does them very well。 She focuses on the billionaires as “real people,” and how they deal with life, making decisions that honor the Lord, and so on, with the money barely being important to the story。 I really enjoyed this one and look forward to the rest of the series。 If you’ve read a lot of Elizabeth Maddrey’s books, you’ll enjoy having a few characters from other series pop up in cameo appearances in this one。 。。。more
